SUMMER VACATION
Eddlemon wishes you a safe and happy summer. School will resume on August 9. Registration will be August 1. Watch for the announcement on the school sign.
DAYCARE SUMMER INFO
The summer program begins Monday, May 24th and ends Thursday, August 5th. Hours of operation are 7 am – 6 pm.
Morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack will be provided by the Center. Attendance of 3 days or more in a week is considered full time. Fees are required only if your child is in attendance. Summer bridge curriculum will be included in the daily schedule. A calendar of fieldtrips and events will be available. Please contact us to sign up your child.

DAYCARE CLOSINGS
The Center will be closed on the following days: May 31 and the week of July 5–9.
If your child stays in the aftercare program on Thursday (5/20), lunch will be: Hot Dogs, Beans, Chips, Salad, Dessert, and Drink. Friday (5/21) will be: Pizza, Salad, Dessert, and Drink

SAVE FOR THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR
Everyone likes to save! Start planning now for the new 2010–2011 school year. If you pay your registration early (by the last day of school) you get a $40 discount for each child. In order to receive the early registration discount, your account must be current.
ACCOUNT REMINDER
We are nearing the end of school. This is just a reminder that all accounts (this includes the Childcare Center as well as the school) have to be up-to-date before report cards, diplomas, or records are given out.

GRADUATION
Graduation Ceremony for the Kindergarten and 8th Grade classes will be on May 20. We are asking the graduates to come at 6:45 pm so we can start promptly at 7 pm. Everyone is invited! There will be a reception in the school gym, after the ceremony.

HALF DAY
Thursday, and Friday May 20–21 are half-days. Dismissal will be at 11:30 am.
EDUCATION SABBATH
Education Sabbath will be May 22. Our principal, Brad Durby, will give the sermon. The students will take part in the program, also. Plan now to attend.
LETTER OF INTENT
We had a good response in receiving the Letter of Intent from the parents. Thank you so much in helping us know how we can plan for the new school year.
SPRING CELEBRATION
Eddlemon would like to thank the Home & School Association for the wonderful refreshments. We also, want to thank the students and faculty for their part in the program. We are proud of our students and commend them for the hard work they did this year.
RETURNS
Students need to return all AR, library, and school textbooks. Please make sure that all other school owned property is returned.
GYMNASTICS
Gymnastic practice is over for the school year. They will start up again in the fall.
BELL CHOIR
Bell Choir practice is over for the school year. They will start up again in the fall.
BOXTOPS MONEY
We received a check last month from boxtops for $251.80. Keep saving your labels and boxtops over the summer!
